A blue Chevrolet Tahoe struck 55-year-old Debbie Gallo at the intersection of Highway 20 and SW Erie Street at approximately 8:15 a.m. Tuesday.
Gallo was in the crosswalk heading north across Highway 20 as Michael Payne, 37, turned left from Erie Street onto Highway 20. He apparently did not see Gallo.
