Rotary Club of Oak Harbor named KELLY FINDLEY its October student of the month.

Findley, a senior at Oak Harbor High School, was selected because of her academic achievements. She has a 3.93 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society. She has taken numerous Advanced Placement classes, including world history, literature and language composition, calculus and government.

Findley has been involved in the Oak Harbor High School student government since her freshmen year and is the Associated Student Body president.

Kelly is looking to matriculate to California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, Calif., after graduation.
