Oak Harbor resident earns nursing degree from Simmons University

JULIA MARSH, of Oak Harbor, earned a master of science in nursing from Simmons University in Boston.

Simmons offers undergraduate programs for women in education in the arts, sciences and several professional fields and graduate programs online and campus-based.
