Monday, Jan. 16
At 9:25 p.m., a caller reported a stray Rottweiler was sitting in front of a SE Barrington Drive location.
At 5:14 p.m., a NW Camella Loop resident reported her mom “flipped out” and was hitting her.
At 12:25 a.m., a caller reported a man driving a four-wheeler was pulling a child on a sled.
At 9:54 a.m., a caller reported a Pontiac Fiero drove into the ditch on NE Regatta Drive south of the intersection with Crescent Harbor Road.
At 9:19 a.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of N. Oak Harbor Street and NW Columbia Drive.
At 8:24 a.m., a caller reported a hit and run car accident at a Highway 20 location.
At 12:41 a.m., a caller reported a white Acura was missing its right front tire. It was parked at a Highway 20 fast food restaurant.
Sunday, Jan. 15
At 9:32 p.m., a caller reported finding a “bag of weed” at a Highway 20 location.
At 3:14 p.m., a caller reported a car collided with a plow in a Highway 20 parking lot.
At 1:43 p.m., a caller reported a four-door sedan was blocking the entrance to SW Harrier Circle. A woman was trying to move it but she could not do it in the snow.
At 1:33 p.m., a caller reported someone threw a rock through an RV window while it was parked at a Highway 20 location.
At 11:03 a.m., a caller reported multiple vehicles sliding sideways through the intersection of SE Eighth Avenue and SE Pasek Street.
At 10:40 a.m., a caller reported a man was trespassing at a N. Oak Harbor Street location and was initially refusing to leave. The man’s truck was stuck in the snow and he was being vulgar and combative.
At 10:34 a.m., a caller reported an SUV was off the road near the intersection of Case Road and Highway 20.
At 10:27 a.m., a SE Barrington Drive resident reported her son is constantly trying to steal from stores. He just tried to steal from Walmart, but she caught him. She would like a police officer to speak with him.
At 9:50 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle tried to get through the barriers at the gate near the intersection of NE Regatta Drive and W. Crescent Harbor Road.
At 9:05 a.m., a caller reported he assisted the Oak Harbor Police Department in making an arrest. He is afraid the person found out and will seek retribution.
At 8:54 a.m., a caller reported the owner of a Highway 20 building has placed cones in front of the parking area, which is preventing people from parking. The caller asked if he could remove the cones.
At 7:12 a.m., a caller reported a number of vehicles stuck at the intersection of NE Regatta Drive and Torpedo Road. Some vehicles were sliding backward.

At 11:39 a.m., a caller reported an underage girl inside a SE Bayshore Drive bar.
At 5:01 p.m., a SW Harrier Circle resident reported someone used a BB gun to shoot out his car window and taillight.
At 11:02 a.m., a caller reported a bike was left at a N. Oak Harbor street location.

At 11:45 p.m., a SE Pasek Street resident believed she was having a heart attack.
At 9:07 p.m., a caller reported smelling marijuana coming from a NE 21st Court location.
At 5 p.m., a caller reported two women throwing punches in front of a Highway 20 location.
At 2:46 p.m., a N. Oak Harbor Street resident reported a package was stolen from the front porch.
At 2:32 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle’s tire was ablaze at a Highway 20 location.
At 1:52 p.m., a caller reported a 12-year-old boy was assaulted near the intersection of SW Fort Nugent Avenue and SW Nienhuis Street.
At 12:28 p.m., a NW Elwha Street resident reported her neighbor was intentionally damaging her car.
At 12:08 p.m., a NE Seventh Avenue caller reported a man took all her expensive jewelry and other items in violation of divorce documents.
At 10:25 a.m., a SE Fourth Avenue resident reported someone was in her backyard. The person was seen hopping the fence and going into the neighbor’s yard.
At 10:16 a.m., a caller reported a man was peeking inside windows and hiding behind an apartment complex near the intersection of SE Eighth Avenue and SE Dock Street.
At 7:03 a.m., a caller reported a car stolen from a SE Eighth Avenue location.

At 5:42 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle struck a bicyclist at a Heller Road location.
At 12:04 p.m., a caller reported an elderly man was acting very confused while he stood at a bus shelter on SE Bayshore Drive.
At 8:41 a.m., a caller reported an electrical fire at a Highway 20 location.
At 5:05 a.m., a caller reported a car window was shattered while it was parked on NW Upsala Drive.

At 3:28 p.m., a caller reported a car “blew through” the crossing guard signals near Broad View Elementary School.
At 12:36 p.m., a caller reported someone shot BBs into the window of an E. Whidbey Avenue location.
At 12:30 p.m., a NE Ernst Street resident reported a friend has been stealing money and not paying her son for babysitting.
At 12:29 p.m., a caller reported NE Fourth Avenue residents were yelling at each other and throwing items in the yard.

At 2 p.m., an E. Whidbey Avenue resident reported hearing possible automatic rifle fire in the area.
At 1:55 p.m., a NE Seventh Avenue resident reported something odd happened.
