Nov. 8 election- Blood work shows leadership

This letter is to endorse and express support for David Marshall in his quest to be Whidbey General Hospital Commissioner.

Dave is a former colleague at Puget Sound Blood Center. His energy and dedication toward his work here was outstanding.

Dave is a visionary with great analytical skills. During the five-year period he worked at Puget Sound Blood Center, he created and implemented many beneficial changes that remain in effect today. More specifically his implementation of geographic scheduling of mobile blood drives has helped us to significantly reduce travel and non-productive time for our phlebotomy staff.

Dave was quickly recognized as an insightful leader who studied and understood the issues and was respected for his ability to be an advocate for the people and the organization.  In today’s world we need more public servants with that type of determination and flexibility.

I believe Dave Marshall will be a superb commissioner, and he deserves your vote.
