Notable: Emblem Club awards scholarships to islanders

JULIANN ROSE JANSEN, of Oak Harbor, EVELYN RUBI MELENDREZ PARTIDA, of Coupeville, ALEC BRADEN CHINNERY, of South Whidbey, and FIONA CALLAHAN, of South Whidbey, received scholarships from the Oak Harbor Emblem Club no. 450.

These students passed stringent requirements to achieve their scholarships, including remarkable community service.
