At 10:02 a.m., an Eastpoint Drive resident reported seeing on a Ring camera that two men were walking around the house and trying to open the garage door.

At 4:07 p.m., a McKay Drive resident reported that coyotes in the area were traveling around in groups.

At 6:11 p.m., a Spinnaker Drive resident reported that a woman refused to return a beading collection.

Friday, Oct. 7

At 9:39 a.m., a Deer Lake Road resident reported hearing a man outside and then catching him trying to defecate.

At 11:22 p.m., a driver reported that one pig and three goats are on Race Road.

At 12:10 p.m., a Whidbey resident reported that he had given money to someone in need and then saw the same guy in Seattle with “a giant pinky ring like a Super Bowl ring.”

At 2:16 p.m., a driver reported that a man was jumping in front of cars on Highway 525.

At 6:09 p.m., a caller reported that a neighbor was disturbing the peace by standing in the middle of Carl Avenue.

Saturday, Oct. 8

At 3:54 a.m., a Sunset Drive resident reported that someone with a remote was vibrating her floor on purpose.

At 2:13 p.m., a driver reported that a man on the side of Highway 20 was twirling a large machete and then ran across the road toward a woman on the other side.

At 2:40 p.m., a caller reported that a man on Highway 20 had his butt exposed.

At 8:09 p.m., a caller reported that a man was walking down Highway 20 with shopping carts.

At 11:19 p.m., a Pioneer Park Place resident reported walking out his back door and hearing a scraping noise that sounded like a rabbit cage. He also saw a camouflaged leg.

Sunday, Oct. 9

At 9:18 a.m., a resident reported that someone tied a dog to a stop sign and left it overnight at Rhododendron State Park.

At 10:10 a.m., an Ollom Drive resident reported finding two pigs on the property.

At 2:08 p.m., a resident reported that a man with a gun strapped to his hip was walking on Golf Course Road.

At 6:05 p.m., a caller reported that a man was sprawled out in a garden on South Main Street.

Monday, Oct. 10

At 1:17 p.m., an Oak Harbor resident reported that a legally blind neighbor with a glass eye was driving off in a truck.

At 4:49 p.m., a resident reported that two steers were lost in the woods on Green Road.

At 7:47 p.m., a Highway 20 resident reported that four junk cars and a wood shed were broken into. A machete and a crowbar were taken.

At 10:34 p.m., a driver reported that a man in pajamas was walking in and out of traffic on Highway 525.

At 8:44 a.m., a driver reported that a man was walking in the roadway on Maxwelton Road and tried to order the driver out of the car.

At 8:46 a.m., a resident reported an animal hoarding situation on View Ridge Drive.
