Oak Harbor High School Senior Danielle Lonborg is Rotary Club of Oak Harbor’s Student of the Month for May. She maintains a 3.5 cumulative gpa and is currently taking two advanced placement classes – English and chemistry.

Lonborg participated in Naval Junior ROTC all four years, serving on the rifle team. She was selected to the girls soccer and tennis teams all four years. She was voted secretary of the National Honor Society at OHHS, and as treasurer for Evergreen Girls State.

In the Miss Oak Harbor Scholarship Pageant, she won Miss Congeniality from the other contestants.

Lonborg said she wants to attend Boise State University and major in biology.

She would like to become a doctor specializing in pediatric surgery and work in the Navy.
