The Coupeville Lions Club honored Students of the Quarter, seniors Jazmine Franklin and Jared Helmstadter last week. Franklin, a senior, is a member of the tennis team, cheer squad and serves on the executive board for the high school. She plans on pursing a degree in apparel merchandising. Helmstadter is a member of the tennis, basketball and track teams, volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club and is a member of the National Honor Society, maintaining a 3.65 gpa. He plans on joining the Navy after high school.
