Libertarian Brian Luke has filed to get on the ballot for Washington State’s Second Congressional District, which includes all or parts of Snohomish, Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan and Island counties.

Brian Luke will be a participant in a Second Congressional District Debate 8 p.m. Saturday, May 26 at the Jackson Conference Center at Everett Community College. Incumbent Congressman Rick Larsen, a Democrat, has been invited.

Luke, 45, lives in Lynnwood, and has worked in the grocery business for 22 years. He has an master’s degree in international studies from the University of Washington and a paralegal certificate from Edmonds Community College.
