Larsen to visit Coupeville in town hall series

Congressman Rick Larsen will hold a town hall meeting in Coupeville at the end of the month.

Congressman Rick Larsen will hold a town hall meeting in Coupeville at the end of the month.

The visit is part of a series of town halls he is holding with constituents throughout his district “to share information about his work in Congress and answer questions,” according to a Tuesday news release.

After a brief presentation about what he’s working on in the U.S. Congress, Larsen will then take questions from those in attendance.

“The purpose is to ask questions of Rick and (to get) feedback,” said Ingrid Stegemoeller, Larsen’s communications director.

The Coupeville town hall meeting will be 6:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 31 at the Coupeville Recreation Hall, 901 Northwest Alexander St.

Other meetings will be held in Burlington, Everett, Bellingham and on Orcas Island.
