June 18 Career Fair near base open to the public

Naval Air Station Whidbey Island Fleet and Family Support Center will host a career fair June 18 at the Bakerview Restaurant/CPO Club facilities near the base’s main entrance.

The career fair is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the CPO Club Ballroom and is free and open to all.

There will be two sessions of a Pathfinder Information Workshop. USO Pathfinder is partnering with Boeing to provide a Boeing application process class as well as company overview. This will be accompanied by on site resume reviews and information from Everett Community College to discuss educational programs such as their A&P Certification program.

The two sessions will be 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The dress code is business casual or uniform.
