Sunday, Nov. 30

At 10:39 a.m., a man reported that his ex-girlfriend hit him with her car while he was walking in the Walmart parking lot.

At 10:45 a.m., a woman on Southeast O’Leary Street reported that she emailed the governor because nobody wanted to help her.

At 3:35 p.m., a caller reported that two men in their early ‘20s were being “creepy” at the Fort Nugent Park playground.

At 4:44 p.m., a caller reported that “the chief of police needs to resign immediately.” The man called several more times to ask about the chief, report a security breach and to tell the dispatcher not to wake him up.

At 8:08 p.m., a caller reported that someone stole items from her father’s room after he died.

Monday, Dec. 1

At 7:51 p.m., a caller reported that a woman trying to put gas into her car at a State Highway 20 business was yelling at her “invisible friends.”

At 8:58 p.m., a caller reported that someone in a hoodie was carrying a rifle near the high school.

Tuesday, Dec. 2

At 2:22 a.m., a caller reported that two people in a silver Mazda were having sex. The car was parked between a building and the shuttle parking lot on State Highway 20. The caller said the people in the car knew that multiple people were watching.

Wednesday, Dec. 3

At 8:19 a.m., a man reported that he would be in the chief’s office in 30 minutes and he said the chief better “be there on his knees.” The caller said he knew Rick Larsen and was bringing him.

At 8:24 a.m., a caller reported that he saw a man at a bus stop on Northwest Crosby Avenue walk up behind a small girl and pretend to hit her with a stick.

At 1:26 p.m., a woman reported receiving a call from a “vulgar male” who said he was “laying with a retarded 10-year-old girl.”

At 6:10 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that her husband “started getting weird, making funny sounds, not responding.”

Friday, Dec. 5

At 10:47 a.m., a Northeast Ernst Street woman reported that her husband kicked her dog and drew blood.

12:58 p.m., a Walmart employee reported that a woman was caught stealing bras.

Saturday, Dec. 6

At 10:50 a.m., an employee at a Pioneer Way business reported that a woman came in with a dog and the caller asked her to leave it outside. The woman started yelling about federal law and service dogs and threatened to sue.

At 2:58 p.m., a Southwest 10th Avenue resident reported that a child showed up at the house, crying and saying his parents were being mean to him.
