At 2:58 p.m., an Ely Street resident reported that two cats were stuck underneath his porch.

At 5:38 p.m., there was a report of a child screaming on a balcony on Northeast Ernst Street.

At 6:43 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious individual was watching “them” on Southeast Bayshore Drive.

Saturday, April 11

At 2:46 p.m., a caller at a retirement home reported that a “transient person” came in and acted like she was visiting a resident but couldn’t give the person’s name.

At 4:13 p.m., a Southwest Kaleeton Loop resident reported that a neighbor called and said, “He’s here. Call the police.”

At 10:50 p.m., a Scenic Heights Street resident reported that people outside his house were yelling at each other and a man spit at a car.

At 10:59 p.m., a resident on Southeast Oleary Street reported that she didn’t need the police but that a certain unnamed woman needs to leave her alone.

At 10:17 a.m., a Northeast 10th Avenue resident reported that someone was smashing in his vehicle windows.

At 4:54 p.m., a caller reported that a kid was throwing things into the road on Southwest 24th Avenue.

At 4:31 p.m., a caller on Southeast Jerome Street reported that the new neighbors were yelling and threw a box of nails at her vehicle.

At 10:12 p.m., a caller reported that a transient was yelling obscenities and spit at people on Highway 20.
