At 9:57 p.m., a caller reported a man beat a woman at a Goldie Road location.

At 8:57 p.m., a NW Elwha Street resident reported someone had egged houses.

At 1:34 p.m., a SW McCrohan Street resident reported it appeared someone pried open his mailbox.

At 12:51 p.m., a caller reported a disheveled man wearing dark clothing, a backpack and a beanie was rifling through mailboxes near the intersection of Highway 20 and Poppy’s Place.

At 11:45 a.m., a caller reported two inmates fighting at the jail on Barrington Drive.

Saturday, Feb. 5

At 10:58 p.m., a caller reported a truck ablaze at a Highway 20 location.

At 8:53 p.m., a SE Eighth Avenue resident reported a friend sent a text message threatening to shoot her.

At 7:39 p.m., a caller reported he hit a large cat at the intersection of SW Heller Street and Sw Barrington Drive. The cat was still alive.

At 3:15 p.m., a caller reported a 12-year-old juvenile jumped the fence at an E. Whidbey Avenue home.

At 12:05 p.m., a caller reported a man breaking tree branches and yelling at a SE Bayshore Drive location.

At 11:02 a.m., a NE Midway Boulevard resident reported someone stole their Oak Harbor city trash can.

At 2:30 a.m., a caller reported a marijuana smell emanating from a NE Kettles Street location. Three to five people were talking loudly and partying.

Friday, Feb. 4

At 11:26 p.m., a caller reported loud music blaring from a N. Oak Harbor Street home. The caller advised it has been a daily problem.

At 3:13 p.m., a caller reported a purse stolen from a cart inside a SW Erie Street business.

At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported a man in a wheelchair panhandling at a Highway 20 location was distracting drivers when he attempted to talk to them.

At 9:23 a.m., a SE Eighth Avenue resident reported someone hit his car.
