At 7:27 p.m., a caller reported that a suspicious woman was trying to sell a security system on Northwest Hyak Drive.

At 11:21 p.m., a Southwest Harrier Circle resident reported a burglary.
At 11:34 p.m., a caller reported being followed by men on the highway.
Tuesday, Nov. 8
At 9:09 a.m., an Oak Harbor Street resident reported not feeling safe at her home.
At 9:48 a.m., a resident requested that an officer look at a green bucket with unknown contents on Illahee Drive.
At 2:50 p.m., an Oak Harbor Street resident reported that a suspicious man was looking in the windows.
At 3:47 p.m., a caller reported seeing clowns on East Whidbey Avenue.

At 3:08 a.m., a man reported that his girlfriend had been drinking and was acting crazy near Walmart.
At 10:15 a.m., there was a report of a couch dumped on Southeast Pioneer Way.
At 12:46 p.m., a caller reported that people were inside a condemned house on Harvest Drive.
At 4:51 p.m., a caller at the marina reported that a man was on the caller’s boat and was threatening to steal things.
At 7:12 p.m., a Southeast Barrington Drive resident reported hearing knocking on the door.
Thursday, Nov. 10
At 8:24 a.m., there was a report of people squatting at a location on the highway.
At 10:11 a.m, a caller reported that homeless people were using a Dumpster enclosure on Midway Boulevard as a bathroom.
At 10:25 a.m., a man reported that a woman was sending him photos of her trashing his apartment.
At 11:28 a.m., a car was reportedly repossessed on Hyak Drive.
At 1:20 p.m., a driver reported that a man stepped in front of the car on Southwest 24th Avenue.
At 3:31 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless man who had been drinking was sleeping outside on a bench.
At 3:35 p.m., Walmart reported that two teenagers stole shampoo.
At 7:37 p.m., a caller reported that a man was lying in the road on North Oak Harbor Street.

At 11:40 a.m., a driver reported that a homeless person jumped in front of her car on Erie Street.

At 1:33 p.m., a Rosario Place resident reported that a light bar was stolen off a car.
At 2:47 p.m., a woman reported that her 2-year-old daughter was bullied on Southwest Sixth Avenue.
At 9:39 p.m., a large fight was reported on the highway.
At 11:02 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless man was screaming and throwing trash on the highway.

At 6:15 p.m., a caller reported that people were setting up tents in a parking lot on Bayshore Drive.
At 6:44 p.m., a driver reported that a homeless man was intentionally walking in front of cars on Southeast Barrington Drive.

At 7:33 a.m., a Northeast First Avenue resident reported that an iPad and Kindle were stolen from a car.
At 2:16 p.m., gunshots were reported on Pioneer Way.
At 4:06 p.m., a caller reported that a bike was stolen on Bayshore Drive.
At 4:34 p.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported that her nerves were rattled.

At 2:32 p.m., a caller reported that a man urinated and exposed himself on Barlow Street.
At 4:08 p.m., there was a report that a man was screaming and tearing up a tree on Beeksma Drive.
At 4:42 p.m., a resident reported that four kids were setting paper on fire on Southwest Third Avenue.
At 5:38 p.m., a woman on Regency Drive reported that her ex-boyfriend was non-stop texting her.
At 6:32 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless man was yelling obscenities on the highway.

At 3:54 p.m., a caller reported that a transient person was looking inside cars on Goldie Street.
At 4:30 p.m., a woman on 16th Avenue asked if she can stop her ex-husband from selling their dog.
At 7:46 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless man was stealing the Saran wrap off firewood at a Highway 20 business.
At 8:20 p.m., a woman reported that her ex-husband choked her on North Oak Harbor Street.
At 10:32 p.m., a Kettle Street woman reported hearing tapping on her window.
