At 8:52 a.m., a caller reported that a neighbor on Otter Way got upset when asked to turn her music down and she yelled and shook a garden tool at the caller.

At 1:27 p.m., a Seaview Avenue resident reported that parts were stolen off a car.

At 6:33 p.m., a Fort Ebey Road resident reported that a man climbed a neighbor’s tree across the street.

At 10:15 p.m., a Crystal Street resident reported that a neighbor stole a house key, entered the caller’s home without permission and threatened that “something bad would happen and this was a warning.”

At 8:11 a.m., there was a report from public works that a woman was chasing them on Northwest Broadway Street.

At 10:27 a.m., a caller reported that a 30-foot sailboat washed ashore off Sandy Point.

At 2:32 p.m., a resident reported that a 12-foot boat ran aground at Moran Beach.

At 3:33 p.m., a South Whidbey resident who called the dispatch center was upset and said he lived in China for several years.

At 10:09 p.m., a caller on Torrence Lane reported that a friend who is allergic to opioids was vomiting after taking heroin.

At 6:44 p.m., a driver reported that a shoeless man was sitting on the side of the highway near Sherman Road.

At 7:37 p.m., a caller in the Cultus Bay area reported that a woman was having mental health issues. She was flashing people and saying sexual things in front of kids.

At 10:32 a.m., a resident reported that three people were fighting on Pennington Loop and one was holding a stick.

At 11:10 a.m., a caller reported that a man was rolling around in a ditch on the highway near Sherman Road. The man said he was hurting all over.

At 5:40 p.m., a woman reported that mother deer with a fawn charged at her children in the area of East Harbor Road.

At 2:20 a.m., a driver reported that a man in a red shirt was walking in the middle of Fakkema Road.

At 9 a.m., a woman reported she was chased by a dog on Race Road.

At 11:29 a.m., a caller reported a shed on Jewett Road was broken into.

At 3:09 p.m., a caller reported that a woman on Fish Road was cold and could only answer yes-or-no questions.

At 10:29 p.m., a caller reported that two females were fighting on Goldie Street.

At 2:27 p.m., a caller reported that a fawn had been shot but was still alive.

At 3 p.m., a man reported that a woman with a bow and arrow was on his property on Highway 525.
