At 12:37 p.m., a driver reported that a dump truck with an uncovered load of cow manure was spilling manure all over Highway 20 near Libbey Road.

Sunday, March 29

At 11:59 a.m., an injured rabbit was reported in a ditch on Moran Road.

At 5:05 p.m., an E. Squire Road resident reported that a man in the caller’s driveway was filling up a bucket with a hose.

Saturday, March 28

At 7:36 a.m., a caller reported that cows had escaped from a field on Highway 20 at Monroe Landing Road.

At 9:42 a.m., a mother reported that a woman in her 30s had sex with her teenage son.

At 10:28 p.m., a driver reported that a truck lost two couch cushions on Highway 20 near Penn Cove.

At 2:02 p.m., a woman reported that items were missing from her unit at OLF Storage. She said it seemed to have a new lock.

At 2:24 p.m., a Torrence Lane resident reported a possible burglary. She came home to find broken glass at her back door.

At 4:42 p.m., a driver reported that her car slid off Highway 20 at Libbey Road and she was unable to get the horn to turn off.

At 4:50 p.m., a caller reported that a floatplane with a missing float was flying low near Highway 20 at Power Road.

At 12:21 p.m., an Eagle Ridge Road resident reported that her sister-in-law egged her car.

At 12:40 p.m., a woman reported that a 13-year-old boy was harassing her 11-year-old daughter with messages on the girl’s myspace.com page.

At 12:53 p.m., a caller reported that a woman hit her husband in the face at a Harns Road home.

At 1:34 p.m., a girl reported that her 17-year-old brother was beating up her 13-year-old brother.

At 3:49 p.m., there was a report of an oil sheen at the Oak Harbor Marina.

At 7:06 p.m., a woman reported that a dog bit her when she was running on Troxell Road.

At 12:59 a.m., a caller reported that people were “playing the ghetto blasters” on Heller Road.

At 4:20 a.m., there was a report of a light laying in the middle of Highway 20 near Dugualla Bay Farms.

At 9:58 a.m., a Kennedy Lagoon Court resident reported clothing was missing from her home.

At 2:45 p.m., a driver reported two cows were walking on Highway 20, headed toward Jones Road.

At 3:06 p.m., a caller reported that an injured fawn was on Patmore Road.

At 5:34 p.m., a Bakerview Road resident reported that sparks were flying out of the electric heater.

At 11:54 a.m., a caller reported that two loose horses were in a driveway on E. Frostad Road.

Monday, March 23

At 12:15 p.m., an Engle Road resident reported that her cat was trapped upside down behind her water heater.

At 3:05 p.m., an employee at Island Hospital reported that a patient with a leg wound said he had been hunting on Troxell Road and accidentally shot himself.

Sunday, March 22

At 8:49 a.m., an Olympic Way resident reported that a neighbor’s golden retriever mix is ruining her garden.

At 11:39 a.m., an Arnold Road resident reported that someone was shooting in the area and bullets were coming down on her roof.

At 9:43 p.m., a caller reported that four teenagers dressed in black were hitchhiking on Highway 20 near the dump. The caller is worried they might get hit.

At 11:51 p.m., there was a report of cattle on Scenic Heights Road.

Friday, March 20

At 11:43 a.m., an Oak Harbor Road resident reported that a woman he met once came into his home uninvited and used the phone. He found one of his back windows busted out.

At 4:04 p.m., a Zylstra Road resident reported that he caught a dog that killed his chicken the day before.

Wednesday, March 18

At 4:39 p.m., a driver reported that a truck with an unsecured load dropped a large piece of particle board on Fakkema Road.

At 6:24 p.m., there was a report that an intoxicated and belligerent passenger on a bus slapped the driver before getting off on Highway 20 at Cornet Bay Road.

At 8:17 p.m., there was a report of four cows loose on Park Acres Drive.

At 9:45 a.m., a caller reported that four cows and two calves were running loose on W. Troxell Road.

At 4:30 p.m., a woman reported that her estranged husband may have child pornography on his computer.
