Many thanks to those who provide such events as the Public Market, the Military Appreciation Picnic and the Worship on the Waterfront!

Those who bring wares for the Public Market really must love it to make the effort to set up their tables and awnings and await the public. It is such fun to munch and stroll and buy and see the community enjoyment.

The Military Appreciation Picnic was a lot of fun! Delicious food served by volunteers, music donated by an outstanding band, games for the kids, cake and coffee and soda.

The Worship on the Waterfront on Sunday, Sept. 7 at the gazebo was another enjoyable event. We sang along with contemporary hymns to a youth group playing expertly on guitars, violin, drums, and rhythm instrument.

Thanks again to all the love that goes into these events. Truly makes the world go ‘round.
