If National Marine Fisheries says the salmon are an endangered species, can they say then we should have a certain number in the salmon population? Without telling the people what the population of the salmon should be, the regulators can stay in the farmland-grab business indefinitely. The power of the regulators last year was salmon, this year it’s amphibians and next year it will be your drinking water.

Our friendly politicians sit back and allow the taking of the farmlands without one question being asked. “How many salmon are we supposed to have?” Some salmon, however, have been returning in record amounts, over the past years, putting salmon on the back burner of the “land grabbers.” Today the rally cry is “amphibians need protection.” The farmer now has to give up a football field length of his farm land, from streams, for amphibians. This is for the birds, can you believe it? Your drinking water is next.

The poor farmer needs our help. Farmland is an endangered species also. Government is far and away taking more Washington farmland with their “save the wildlife” cries than any developer has ever thought of.

For those who are serious about this big land grab, read “The Great Salmon Hoaxes.” It’s a must read. You will find useful information on how Washington State Fisheries imported predator fish from the Great Lakes to rid scavenger fish from the Columbia River only to have the predator fish instead feed on salmon eggs and fry. Yet, the imported predators are still in the river.
