Navy SeaBee’s Equipment Operator JOSEPH CZARNIK was recently promoted to first class.
Czarnik is currently stationed at Norfolk, Va. and resides in Chesapeake, Va. He completed ‘B’ school in Mississippi in September. Czarnik’s wife, Gillian Czarnik, was promoted to Chief Petty Officer in August. Joseph and Gillian have completed several tours of duty in the Middle East. Czarnik is the son of Mike and Paula Czarnik of Coupevil
