Town of Coupeville residents are encouraged to participate in this year’s Spring Clean-up Day, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30 in the Town Municipal Parking Lot, located behind the library.

To participate, bring a water bill, or some other utility bill that shows you live within town limits.

Items allowed are large discards, yard waste, tools and metal. This includes furniture, mattresses, yard equipment, branches under two inches, leaves, grass, hoses, bikes, fencing, scrap metal, etc.

Items not allowed are household garbage, construction waste from contractors, tires, appliances with Freon, paints, chemicals, gasoline, motor oil or recyclables.
