The Coupeville Chamber of Commerce announced this year’s Scarecrow Corridor winners. More than 20 businesses and groups participated in the annual event.

People’s Choice went to “Jack and the Beanstalk” by Coupeville Coffee House and Bistro; Best Business went to Christopher’s on Whidbey for their “Winniethe Pooh” inspired entry; Best Group went to the Coupeville Garden Club for their entry “Harry Potter and Hermoine.”
