Tuesday, July 17

At 11:02 a.m., a caller reported fishermen were playing “booming loud” music from their boats in the water off Cultus Bay Road.

At 12:13 p.m., a caller reported that two people set up a table for a political protest in the parking lot of the Freeland Post Office.

At 2:48 p.m., there was a report of a tent full of people in front of a vacant house on Rhododendron Drive.

Wednesday, July 18

At 10:50 a.m., a Wall Street resident reported that two wooden yard ducks were missing.

At 3:30 p.m., a caller reported seeing a cougar on Zylstra Road the previous week.

At 2:05 p.m., a resident reported receiving bad medicine.

At 4:43 p.m., a West Beach Road resident reported finding cougar scat in her yard.

At 7:24 p.m., a Northeast Faris Street resident reported a deer that ran though the yard was foaming at the mouth.

At 7:36 p.m., a resident reported that her son saw a cougar in the Deer Ridge Road area a couple of years prior.

Thursday, July 19

At 1:22 a.m., there was a report of two people doing drugs in the hospital parking lot.

At 9:23 a.m., a Coupeville resident reported that three goats died mysteriously.

At 12:05 p.m., a caller reported that a security camera and other items were missing from a Bush Point Road property.

At 12:11 p.m., an Anglers Haven Drive resident reported catching a man digging a hole in the yard.

At 6:24 p.m., a Timber Trail Lane resident reported that five dogs were in the chicken coop and the chickens were dead.

Friday, July 20

At 9:02 a.m., a man reported seeing a cougar in the Crescent Harbor area two nights prior.

At 8:45 p.m., a caller reported that two “transient-looking” men in the Greenoch Loop neighborhood looked like they didn’t belong.

Tuesday, July 24

At 12:21 a.m., an Alamo Way resident reported that a strange man was in the driveway and then ducked into the woods.

At 7:43 a.m., a house was reportedly egged on Seaview Avenue.

At 9:37 a.m., a caller reported that someone broke into the bathrooms of the Admiral’s Cove Beach Club and spread feces all over.

At 1:36 p.m., a resident reported finding a box full of china under a jacket at a Heggenes Road location.

At 6:24 p.m., a caller reported finding a dead deer with an arrow in it on Thompson Road property.

At 8:28 p.m., a driver reported that there was a bucket with a fuse hanging out of it at Bayview.

At 11:01 p.m., an Alto Lane resident reported that there were suspicious holes in the bushes.

Wednesday, July 25

At 12:01 a.m., a Harrington Road resident reported that house and cars were egged.

At 10:24 a.m., there was a report that someone broke into a garage under construction on Maxwelton Road and stole tools.

At 1:48 p.m., a Lancaster Road resident reported that people have been pooping in her garden.

Thursday, July 26

At 7:04 a.m., a woman reported that a dog bit her husband on the hand on Driftwood Drive.

At 10:10 a.m., a caller asked if it was legal to place positive messages on Deception Pass Bridge in hopes of preventing people from jumping off.

At 7:05 p.m., a caller reported that a man on Topaz Court was “doing his ugly again.”

At 11:43 p.m., there was a report that someone dumped a bunch of weedeaters on trails near Craw Road.
