Commissioner Helen Price Johnson scheduled the first in a series of informal coffee chats for April 2, perfect timing for residents who want to get the latest information about the landslide.

The public is welcome to join Price Johnson for an informal discussion about county issues at 5:30 p.m., April 2 at at Anchor Books, State Highway 525, Clinton.

Price Johnson said she hopes to hold many more of these opportunities to talk “after hours” with her about local government topics.

“Of course, folks are welcome to call, email or make an appointment to meet with me any time,” Price Johnson said. “I hope to speak with you soon.”
