Saturday, Oct. 6

At 12:40 p.m., a Ducken Road resident reported that sheep were killed.

Monday, Oct. 8

At 6:50 p.m., a Saratoga Road resident reported a roofer found bullet holes in the chimney.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

At 8:20 a.m., a caller reported a big tree fell across a windmill on Windmill Drive.

At 12:39 p.m., a burglary was reported on Saratoga Road.

At 1:48 p.m., a woman reported receiving hate mail directed at her business.

At 7:56 p.m., a Saratoga Road resident reported that someone may be walking around the house outside.

At 9:57 p.m., a North Whidbey resident reported catching her stalker in her bedroom.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

At 1:36 a.m., a driver reported almost hitting a man who jumped into the road on Highway 525.

At 10 a.m., a caller reported that someone dumped kittens on Ducken Road.

At 12:35 p.m., a caller reported that his stepfather was killed by his stepmother. They are both now dead.

At 2:43 p.m., a caller reported that a man at a bus stop on Main Street was twitchy and squinting his eyes a lot.

At 3:02 p.m., a man reported being bitten by a dog at the dump. The caller wanted to know if he would get into trouble for slitting the throat of a dog that bites him.

At 3:36 p.m., there was a report that a dog attacked campers on Engle Road.

At 7:56 p.m., a caller reported that a man and woman were fighting in a bathroom on Fish Road.

At 10:19 p.m., there was a report that someone was pointing a laser at aircraft.

Thursday, Oct. 11

At 7:14 p.m., a ladder theft was reported on Emil Road.

At 9:22 a.m., a caller reported a fight between a man and a woman who were living in a car parked at a Highway 525 parking lot.

At 11:54 a.m., a burglary was reported at a house on East Harbor Road. Jewelry was stolen.

Sunday, Oct. 14

At 11:20 a.m., a caller reported that a young boy left a disturbing note at a park.

Monday, Oct. 15

At 4:51 a.m., a caller reported that a man pulled the fire alarm at the hospital and was chased out of the building by security guards.

At 9:52 p.m., a man at a State Highway 525 location reported that a strange woman took his photo.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

At 7:28 a.m., a Boon Road resident reported that a cow was missing.

At 3:15 p.m., there was a report that a woman at the hospital had been assaulted on Degraff Road.

At 6:32 p.m., a caller reported that a man was pulling lights out of a tree near the Coupeville library.

At 8:36 p.m., a caller reported that someone in the Driftwood Drive neighborhood had been leaving strange notes about counter intelligence and other subjects on people’s doors.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

At 12:28 a.m., a Wellswood Lane resident reported a suspicious odor.

At 9:09 a.m., a woman reported that her husband was just released from Western State Hospital and bought a gun.

At 10:38 a.m., a resident reported that a man was fencing his stolen “Christmas property.”

At 10:53 a.m., a Freeland recycling company reported the theft of copper.

At 1:12 p.m., a man reported hearing voices telling him to kill himself.

At 1:26 p.m., a caller reported finding an elderly man on Morris Road who didn’t know where he lived.

At 3:46 p.m., hypodermic needles were reportedly found at a pullout on West Beach Road.
