Apparently Ms. Liszak (Letters, “Burger insanity hits Oak Harbor”) has never gone to Bob’s Burger and Brew or she would know that it is not a “a hamburger joint.” They serve far more than just a simple “ Burger King” style hamburger. I personally enjoy their senior fish and chips and their soups are fantastic.

I think a welcome change from the fast food and Mexican places as well as all the oriental resturants in Oak Harbor is a good beginning. Who knows maybe later something like an I-Hop will come into town. I believe that her request for a Cracker Barrel needs addressing to the company itself. I believe they are a Midwest and East Coast resturant. Yes Ms. Liszak, I have eaten at those many times when I lived in the south.
