First-place winners of the “Best of Whidbey” contest are invited to pick up their certificates.

Winners can contact Davene Jones at 360-675-6611 to set up a time to retrieve their certificates from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Whidbey News-Times is located in the office about the Garage of Blessings at 800 SE Barrington Drive in Oak Harbor. Knock firmly on the side door and someone will bring the certificate down to you.
