Accident snarls Highway 20 traffic through Central Whidbey

Two people were sent to Whidbey General Hospital Monday morming after a four-vehicle accident on northbound Highway 20 near Libbey Road. One lane of Highway 20 was closed because of accident. Troopers from the Washington State Patrol are investigating. More details to follow.
