The local a cappella group, the An-O-Chords, will perform at the TULIP FESTIVAL OPENING GALA beginning at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 29 in Mount Vernon. Enjoy dinner, giveaways and a quilt exhibit. Tickets are $60: call 428-5959.
