Island County Commissioner Helen Price Johnson and Island County Amateur Radio Club President Bob Stephens participated in Field Day, an emergency communications exercise for amateur radio operators across the country, this past weekend.

Price Johnson made contact with a radio club in Boise, Idaho, Saturday, June 22, at South Whidbey Community Park.
