I am in complete agreement with Messrs. Lyness, Vanderlinden and Martin who articulated my thoughts, feelings and opinions so very well in recent letters.

My rights end where my neighbor’s begins. I don’t have the right to enjoy ill health at the expense of my neighbor. I have the responsibility to budget my money so I do not become a burden to others.

Just because I am a dog owner I don’t have the right to abuse him. I do have the responsibility to ensure his health care and that he is fed and loved.
