My husband and I are extremely opposed to the Wright’s Crossing proposal. This would turn a beautiful working farm into a worse blight than either Rolling Hills or Lyle Ridge.

We ask the commissioners and the county to reject Wright’s Crossing. Please prioritize practical solutions to housing and infill issues. There are still many areas within Oak Harbor city limits as well as on both bases to build additional housing for military and their families.

We also hope they place as a low priority the City of Oak Harbor’s request to revisit their Joint Planning Area with the county as a waste of time.
