Thanks to those who attended ice cream social

Thank you Whidbey News-Times (and South Whidbey Record) and reporter Kira for your front page article, “Tiny Houses Need Big Bucks.” We want to thank all those celebrated with us at our free ice cream social on Sunday.

We are so grateful for those who contributed to our fund to bring in the infrastructure and to the Goose Grocer, Payless, and Safeway for donating the ice cream, plus the cones and lemonade

Thanks to those who provided the music: Steve Ellis on piece band, accordionist David Loche and Fred Hostetler on guitar.

Our plan is to get started on or before Oct. 1.
