I stand on the corner of Coupeville reminding myself as well as passersby that peace is possible. I shudder to think of more of our soldiers returning in a box or maimed because we refuse to listen to many knowledgeable leaders in our country or elsewhere.

Before this war was begun I wrote our president saying that going into Iraq would open a Pandora’s box. How true that is.
