I wanted to say “thank you Karina Andrew” for your excellent reporting on the possible purchase of the airport by the Port of Coupeville. I live in the Port’s district so this is very important. You’ve been thorough, unbiased and have followed up with interviews of the parties involved.

As for me, after this weekend’s reporting, I love you people of Oak Harbor and the Navy, but I really can’t afford to buy you an airport! The whole island needs to support this, not just the port of Coupeville.
