Letter: Storm should have been front, center on page one

Editor,

It is obvious where the Whidbey News-Times’ priorities are when the front page of the Saturday Dec. 22 edition was dominated by an ongoing political issue while a severe winter storm affecting everyone could have easily gone unnoticed due to its lack of space on the front page.

The wind storm which caused massive power outages and property damage was minor news and not worthy of the main headline.
