My wife and I just finished watching the Memorial Day tribute organized yet again by Kelly Davidson, whom we do not know. Many thanks to her and the many who participated as it was a memorial so touching and well done considering the unusual circumstances due to the the virus.

It would have been much easy for Kelly to say, “sorry, next year”.

I would like to offer a quote by Ronald Reagan, which was just sent to me by my daughter in remembrance of this most special day: “Words are even more feeble on this Memorial Day, for the sight before us is a strong and good nation that stands in silence and remembers those who were loved and who, in return, loved their countrymen enough to die for them.”

And yet another, “All gave some some, some gave all.”

Again, to Kelly and all, very well done. God bless our military men and women, those who have fallen and those and their families who still serve.
