In these strange times where you are urged to self isolate and avoid close contact you think of the heroes, medical people, firemen and EMT’s and law enforcement. But, remember also those unsung heroes who stand in there doing their essential jobs and risking literally hundreds of contacts a day, like your mailman/postal worker, grocery shelf stockers or checkout people and utility and other service people.

Appreciate them and let them know. Thank them because, at times like this, it will increasingly take their dedication and courage to keep us all going.
