Letter: Gail Fleming is tried and true

Editor,

For the upcoming city council election, I am writing in my vote for Gail Fleming, for Position #5 to represent the interests of all residents in Langley and its surroundings. The breadth of her understanding is immense, having lived and worked in Langley for forty years.

Whether she is participating as a member of a planning board, working as a team member for a local business, or collaborating on a play in the creative arts field, she can be counted on to carry the integrity of any group she is involved with.

Gail is not only innately intelligent, thoughtful, and reflective, she cares deeply about the common good, and always works tirelessly in achieving that goal.

There is no better candidate to serve on Langley’s city council in Position #5, because Gail Fleming is a tried and true team player with the patience and wisdom to bring kindness and humor into challenging situations.

This is an essential ingredient for assuring that our council members can work well together, make solid and good decisions on our behalf, and guide us into a positive future in especially challenging times. Please write-in Gail Fleming as your vote for city council Position #5.
