Regarding Greg Banks’ Sound Off of Nov. 23: Mr. Banks’ command of the English language is truly commendable. His sarcastic screed about our president and his administration is certainly within his right to tell.

However, it seems an inappropriate time to expound such hatred on Thanksgiving Day, a national holiday for all Americans.

Mr. Banks might save his contempt for Election Day in November 2020, that day all Americans can display their choice for that office. A number of us deplorables might have a different view.
