As a Senior Citizen of Whidbey Island I want to express my great disappointment in Kenmore Air discontinuing service. I have flown with them several times with very good service and help and consideration. They keep their schedules even when there’s only one passenger. They do their best to get you there even in bad weather conditions. The Navy has been good to let them land at the base if weather, like bad fog, makes it unsafe to land at their field.

I understand that it is very important for support from Navy personnel to use their service! They have been very active in community celebrations. It is very helpful when you want to stop in the Seattle area and they have a free shuttle service from Boeing Field to SeaTac. A very fast, safe and beautiful way to travel.

I know that those of us who have used their service, agree with me in hoping that they will return! How can we let this happen after so much effort on the part of Kenmore Air and crew!
