How about the Quest ferry dock?

How much would Quest or Safeco pay for the naming rights to a ferry terminal? You, the taxpayer, paid at least $41,000 in Obama money so the town of Coupeville could have the honor. The terminal, formally known as Keystone, had a name with cachet, a ring, but it didn’t have a champion to fight to keep its name.

What if Fort Ebey had a chamber of commerce? I hear Port Townsend is laughing at the name change; ferry passengers expect to see a town when they arrive. The only connection Keystone has to Coupeville is the zip code. It would be like naming the Maxwelton boat launch the Clinton boat launch.

And speaking of Clinton, for you newbies, Clinton Ferry Terminal (AKA Jack Metcalf Terminal) used to be the Columbia Beach Ferry Terminal; now that had cachet.
