How about including 90 days cash close to value?

Editor,

Al Williams’ idea about property taxes in his Nov. 18 letter to the editor sounds good on the surface but will never fly if only because real property values do rise over time. But how about this idea: change state law so that every county assessment is also an offer to buy with a cash close within 90 days.

I’m sure we’d see more realistic values, and we’d most likely accept their offer after what they did to us this past year.
