I know I speak for many people who attended the free weekly concerts played at City Beach by the Island Community Band. This group of fine musicians performed well and gave us much joy on Thursday evenings between 7 and 8 p.m. Unfortunately, a large number of tourists and citizens of Oak Harbor were not aware of these free concerts.
