Behind the black plastic

Question: When are we going to get an update about what is going on behind the “black plastic” on Pioneer Way? I know it is costing me money, but I don’t know anything else. The mayor celebrated Pioneer Way as “done” when it is clearly not done. All I see is black plastic hiding who knows what, and money, money, money out of our pockets.
