Deborah Armstrong has worked at WhidbeyHealth Medical Center for 40 years. She started out as an administrative assistant and became inspired to get her nursing degree. She works in the medical-surgical unit, assisting patients before and after surgery. WhidbeyHealth honored its nearly 800 employees the past week during National Nurses Week and Hospital Week. The staff of WhidbeyHealth Medical Center gathers for a photo during Healthcare Week that recognized its nearly 800 staff members.
