Harbor Tower Village is holding a raffle in support of Summit Assistance Dogs.

Raffle tickets cost $1 and enter the purchaser to win one of 10 gift baskets valued at $300 to $500.

Tickets are for sale through Dec. 15 and are open to anyone, not just village residents.

Summit Assistance Dogs is a nonprofit organization that trains and places highly skilled service dogs for people living with disabilities that affect their mobility. There is no charge to the recipients for their dogs. The organization is in the final planning stages to build a training facility on North Whidbey.
