Govinda Rosling, of Clinton, won Whidbey Telecom’s 2015-16 directory cover-art competition with an original photograph, the company said in a prepared release.

Her photo, titled “Pigeon Guillemot with Prey,” will appear on the directories, to be published in November.

“You can see Govinda’s passion for birds through her photos,” said co-CEO Julia DeMartini. Rosling will receive $500.
