The BRIDGE CAFE, offering food beverages and a range of retail products, will host a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 18. Near Deception Pass bridge, the cafe is located in the large log cabin just beyond the park’s North Whidbey entrance. For details, call 675-9438.
